Poor 1st Impression for a supposedly Reputable Provider

i went instore re the month to month offering on their wifi package R269 option..(free router),im asked to pay double the monthly cost R569 and being told a debit as well will run off, for the monthly tariff of R269.. im trying to understand this but i am failing... i do understand i need to pay upfront for the month and connection fees but why is there an advance and a debit as well ... to make it even more disappointing, they dont have stock of the routers either.. now im being told by sat, this is now from Tues for something that would normally be done over the counter... this is a promotion with no available stock in the stores it seems...
