My wife and I have been clients of MTN for about 10Years now. I have to upgrade and have tried both MTN shops in Newcastle to give me prices on phones or "custumize" me a package. I have been to each shop and they said they will phone me with all the information. Since then I have phoned each shop atleast 3 times in the last week and still no service. I Will wait out my contract and join Vodacom. Maybe they dont mind keeping customers happy.

Please note that there is an easier way to upgrade. You can call MTN Direct on *** and you will get assistance over the phone. Once the upgrade is approved, they will deliver the device directly to you.

Thanks for the reply. But why do you have shops? If I wanted my phone delivered in a week or so I would have done it this way. This is no excuse for poor service. What is the need for your shops if we cant use them for these things? No thanks I am done with MTN
