POOOOOR Service - eventually RESOLVED!!!!

At a conference. Got SMS about credit limit reached. Acceptable. But try to rectify this??? This is the poorest service. Called MTN support desk via technical network number early morning and I was told that the sms I received was incorrect - My limit was NOT reached. 15min (and maybe 1mb of emails) later, \Your services has been suspended". STUCK!<br> <br> Got onto the internet - On the self-service customer web portal"
