Poo MTN service and communication on contract cancellation

I am very disappointed in MTN's service. I agreed on a data contract, once the sim card arrived, no notification on activation. After a week, decided I want to cancel my contract. I have been trying to cancell it for about 3 weeks now. I am given the run around. Note i have never made use of the data contract as it was not activated. But when i wan to cancel, all of a sudden, it was activated, and communicated.
