Pointless reward system, can't use the airtime to make calls
<p>What is the purpose of the MTN points system? Because I've used my points to buy airtime, but everytime I try and make a call it says I have insufficient airtime despite my balance showing as R30, what exactly can the airtime be used for? Because it won't even work with the the fnb *120* cellphone banking. </p>

kindly be advised that the loyalty points airtime can only be used to call MTN to MTN numbers only and as well with logging on the internet Eg browsing and facebook.
