Pointless customer care service

Hi MTN I have been paying you for almost a year now for 2 Phones one is working 1 is not sim/E sim issues have made new Sims and the works your guys just can't seem to get it right at MTN Clear water or just don't want to,so after numerous complaints and store visits with no results the next debit order I will be reversing and stop paying until I have been refunded the past 6 months fees charged on the cell no. That has not been able to work.And have all the evidence if you try to get clever saying I'm an not a paying or what ever because you guys have broken your contract months ago anyway and don't do anything about it from store visits to calls to e mails nothing you Guys are making to much money and don't care about your clients.
