Pocket Switched Data Calls

Honestly Pathetic!

At the beginning of the year I had recently moved from Cell C to MTN due to their cheaper contracts,

I have been paying R478.99 each month for my contract and was shocked to see my that my balance is now R898.97, I have been charged R365.20 for this so called "Packet Switched Data Calls." I immediately phoned them to ask them about it and the operator "Maklankla" said there system is down I must phone them later so I did, the second operator, "Tyson" I explained to him the situation and he said it's an out of bundle usage charges where I was "connect" when I was out of bundles, any connection that is used with internet, the limit is set up to R420 on the system, so when I run out of my bundles I automatically make use of that usage bundle. I explained to him I never authorised this due to having WIFI at work and home and he said "it can only be authorised on my side, if not me someone else on my side did it," I told him no one has access to my phone. He automatically went on defence it was on "my side, my side" so I told him to stop it and he was quick to say "so on my side I can change it and put it on zero" so if that's the case where he can change it, then its possible that someone at MTN can be adding this nonsense to my account.

To be honest, I don't even know how to access this "Pocket Switched Data Calls" or even know it existed.

I am so disgusted with this network service as to find out that multiple people are dealing with the same case.
