PMT*** - Invoice

Had my Cell number change for my contract the helpfull gentleman who assisted me said it would be active in 2 to 24 hours. ( 20/06/2017 ) Until now not active sim. Went to MTN Service Centre Newton Park ( Cape Road ) and ask the consultant why , her reply was " It takes anything up to a week , when i changed mine it took a week". Then asked her can we not log an error on the system. She said ( which shocked me ) " It doesnt help, you just have to wait.. " .. Why is this the norm ladies and gentleman ?? Should you rather sell to Turkcell ??

Dear Sir

It seems that the issue as i see it ( Imporatance ) has not been addressed as yet, additionally the wrong parties are being blamed . The cotact number - as per the swop is still not working and i went to Baywest Mall and they logged a issue on the system . Secondly the MTN branch in my view is not at fault . Rather MTN Cape Road , as the Lady serving me said " told be to wait, and refused to log a issue with the explation of " You will have to wait , it wont help t log a issue. If you so wish i will identify the lady and attend a Polygraph examination to substanuate the poor service that she gave me . Lastly ,what would be the implication to me be is I was late paying my acccount from the 20th June until now ? Would you not have debt collectors hassling me ?

I received a call from ***** post the number being activated, we had a exhange regarding the number not being active and the events leading upto the activation and my impression of the situation. She passed me on to her supervisor . Desnasha ( not sure of it is Tenasha ) who proceeded to berate and scold me in a disrepective tone say " In fairness to us we did pick up your qeury and we picked up they activated you r number on a deactivated number , so i can asure you they ( Baywest ) did nothng until you posted a helopeter report. I hve all the proof here that we have been working on the issue on their behalf. " I asked , am you taking me on for an internal qauble and berating me . when i didnt know anything. : I did not know that ***was from PE - Newton Park ( She did not identify herself as from the PE office as there was not signature on her email ). The supervisor did not ask open ended questions to enquire what i was told , by who and when before making a case for her store or employees with her berating and disrepsective tone. On reflection I will not deal with that service centre again and have bought a prepaid number for use while this issue was being resolved. Therefore i will not use that number until the cntract has ended . Systemically it seems Newton Park rudeness and disrepsct without all the information is the way of dealing with customers. Thank you , but no thank you.. Sqaubble to your hearts content without me .
