PMNT NOT ALLOCATED FOR 2+ WEEKS, LINE SUSPENDED

My phone bill was paid on 27 June 2023 via eft. The payment was never allocated to my account and my line was suspended. Its now been 3 days that I’ve tried to get reconnected. I get sent from pillar to post. I canceled my debit order as MTN shared my info with a marketing agency that was selling *****ulent phones/contracts on my name, so about a year ago i started paying via EFT. I’ve been with MTN more than 20 years! Please help me to get reconnected !!!! I desperately need my phone for work
