PLS HELP ME GET MY ROUTER FROM MTN

They called me to renew my contract.I agreed.But they are not sending my Router as per contract. They are taking my money every month. i was called to be informed they couldn't find me on the phone, but that day they could.i explained i was busy with my exams. Was advice to call the delivery department.When you call they do not respond, they tell you to leave your number they will come back.They dont. almost two months of waiting.
