PLEASE UPDATE MY ACCOUNT

Very dissapointed in mtn, my account paid up in 2018 already i have paid letter from mtn legal department as proof sayijng my account is up to date and no arrears, yesterday i tried to open a new contract but was unable to get new contract because of the arrears i have settled a long time ao, and now i cant get a hold of the legal department.......PLEASE ASSIST!!!!
