I use a Samsung but was charged BIS, I then took A5 contract for R369 monthly for 100 minutes, 200 sms and data but got only 100 munutes with a payment of R900..How does that happen?

Our records indicate that the upgrade was processed on the 26th of March which is after the invoice date of the 20th and there has been no BIS charges for the number provided.
