Please stop being dishonest
I keep receiving SMSs informing me that my data bundle is expired or expiring in 48 hours. When I do a balance check I notice that I have plenty and it expires next month. When I reported it to the local branch in George, I was told that I should ignore it, that it is standard Mtn practice to get clients to buy more data. When I complained, I was told that many clients have complained about the same thing. It's raised by them in their internal meetings but nothing gets done about it. I left Vodacom for ****py service now Mtn is doing the same. Since the last strike, mtns service & network has deteriated tremendously. Call Centre personnel are ill equipped to deal with simple queries. The network is regularly offline. I'm told that technicians are busy with it but no expected completion date can be given. Please Mtn...instead of conning your clients into buying more data, use your resources to improve the service and network...
