Please steer clear of MTN, terrible service

I have a contract with MTN which I'd like to cancel. This account is currently in advance and I would like cancel the contract early. Apparently you cannot cancel the contract at a branch and you can only do this by dialing 135.

These people do not answer their phones, you hold on for 30mins plus or until your minutes or airtime run out. No joy with these guys, please steer clear and rather make use of a service Provider like Vodacom, or any else for that matter,

I have also emailed them at *** but no luck.

Cell number to cancel is *** - bot sure if anyone will look at this, but yeah that's the level of service I'm used too from MTN.
