Please sort out your billing MTN
MTN your service is pathetic. My contract came to an end on the 23rd of November 2020, I initiated a renewal on the 26th, before the end of contract they hit me with a huge bill for November claiming I am out of contract. I have logged numerous calls for the account to be resolved and bill corrected but all calls were closed without any explanation. On the 26th I renewed my contract. it took the upgrade depart about too long to complete the upgrade. Surely it is not my faulty that it took them so long to complete the process although all the required documents were submitted. In December I received another huge bill. please sort out your billing ASAP

23 Dec 2020, 09:39Still no response from MTN Bozza networks. Worst customer service ever. If you call 083135, after holding for 30 minutes they will gladly log your call, escalate it and simply close the call. They will gladly send you an sms advising your query has been closed without any resolution notes, none whatsoever. When you call back to reopen the same call you get told that can not be done, a new call needs to be logged, the same cycle continues. I am not sure if MTN leadership is aware of all this. I will patiently wait their response.
