Please send the correct report to ITC

Good morning

I took a month to month contract with for router I paid until I cancel your contract and bring back the device in original condition and paid every cent now your insurance is busy debiting my account and you even listed me on credit bearu for not paying which I don't understand and paid you for every cent I owe you. How can you list me for month to month contract and after I closed everything you still put my name on it. This is totally unacceptable and damaging to my credit profile. People becareful with this companies because when you don't need their product they send negative report to itc companies
