Please return my laptop and excess paid

This is a follow up to my unreturned Acer laptop by mtn. It was collected on the 6th of February 2016 from my home for repairs and their insurance demanded an excess to be paid, which I did, and thereafter no report or return of my laptop till today. Attempts to call the repairs Centre even by the mtn local branch were fruitless, reported them to hello Peter, they'd respond for me to provide my particulars, I'd do that but still no further assistance and eventually no response. All I want now is my laptop even if they couldn't repair it as well as the excess paid!!
