Please reset my sim

Phones ****** on Friday afternoon in office. Went to store Saturday morning. Did sim swop. They blacklisted my 2 phone numbers. Saturday afternoon one number was working, but the number i use for work is still not working and it is Monday 11H30. Store said my nunber was hard locked. I try to phone but nothing i need this number to word asap. Please
