Please remove my husband's name from ITC!!! WE don't want your cellphone contract!!!

It has been x14 days now and so far no resolution with regards to my husband's cell phone contract application.

He re-iterated the fact that he does not have a cellphone at the moment (hence the contract application) My husband has provided alternative contact details and also given written consent for me to answer any or all questions or concerns you could have with regards to this matter. Also if you need to speak to him, he has provided a work number, he works in operations but will be able to take your call.

The first call I got from MTN was on Friday afternoon - spoke to Michael. I advised that my husband is not at home yet and he should call after 16:00. Michael then called back and said he needs to process an online application for me. My husband explained that there were already x3 applications processed for me and that I only need x1 and he should let me know which one is approved. Michael then said he knows nothing about the x3 applications, he will have to check his system and call me back. He hung up and never called back.

Saturday morning, a young lady called me to process the application. I explained the situation and asked them to call my husband at work. He was on the line with a client when MTN's call came through and reception asked if she would like to hold until I was done (not even 2 minutes) she said she will call back. Never called back!

Saturday at about 12:05, a 3rd person called me again to process the application. I then explained the same thing, still asking if there was no number we could call back on in order for the process to be completed seeing that MTN is failing to get this done. The consultant said "unfortunately not, this is a call centre and we call from different numbers"

We have explained the circumstances so many times, written consent for my wife to proceed with this application on my behalf seeing that you cannot get hold of my husband telephonically yet it seems that you have not supp**** the caller/consultant any information with regards to my case. We have received numerous calls where the caller, simply hangs up the phone when they hear it is my wife speaking, thinking they have called the wrong number.

How is the information with regards to my case not shared amongst the consultants that are assigned to resolve my case. Who can I call at MTN to resolve this matter seeing that you cannot get a hold of me?? Shockingly poor service from MTN!!!
