Please please help me!

i arrived in hungary today and my roaming is not working. I am on top up pay as you go package. Last year i travelled to canada and france and roamed without problems. I emailed the [Email Removed] today and did not get a response. I cannot do any banking transactions. Please let me know why my roaming is not working!<br> I asked my friends to phone today and check with the call centre why my roaming is not working. The call centre replies that i have to phone myself. How do i phone if i dont have roaming!?<br> <br> In 2013 i was on contract and due to the mtn roaming service that was not operational, i was not able to activate my roaming service before i left for vietnam. I was adviserd to move from contract to pay as you go, because on pay as you go, the roaming is automatically, you dont have to activate. This worked fine last year, until today. Now suddenly i cannot roam on pay as you go. <br> <br> This is the second time i am having a drama with international roaming. Please advise me how to solve this problem! Who should i contact and how.
