I do not understand when you guys say you have sent me a url showing what my data has been used on, that email consisted of stats that was retrieved since November , for what? do you listen to your calls or you just doing us a favour? my data was purchased beginning of December and taken by you guys on the 9th . Please do not irritate me even further and refund my data, how useful is your service if you will answering what you were not asked?<br> <br> Please advise your team leaders and managers that i want my refund as in yesterday , i don't care who says what but you cant say my data started charging November and automatically debited my data that was bought December? what the hell ?<br> <br> Please urgently return my data because i wont stop fighting you , that's my hard earned money.<br>
