PLEASE OPEN MY LINE
Since you successfully managed to hold me at ransom, I have paid the supposed arrears amount that I owe R599.74. REOPEN MY SERVICES. I have so far had 3 different versions from 3 different people when I ask ONE simple question, where is this arrears amount coming from. Your Customer Care (email), said to me my arrears amount is in actual fact R79.14. But I have a letter of demand form yourselves, with an outstanding amount of R599.74, but asked one simple question, where does this arrears amount come from, but got three different stories. All good, I paid, money that I don't know where its coming from, but I will not take this lying down. I will follow through until you refund me my money, OR AT LEAST give me a satisfactory response as to where this money is coming from. NOW PLEASE OPEN MY LINE.
