Service from hell I have been paying my premium for almost 2 years now. I have paid in October and their system was offline and was advised to send to their business account- the fund were apparently unallocated and their closed my line for 2 weeks. I complained on instagram and they opened the line but then the issue of missing funds was not resolved. They now close my line whenever they feel like it and it’s such an inconvenience as I use WiFi for work. I have paid for 2 months of No Internet Their service is appalling!
