Please leave me alone!

I am receiving SMS's from MTN Sonneike on a regular basis every once in a while. They are trying to get me in go to their store and take a contact, and are clearly not giving up until I do it.

However when I took my month to month data package I made it very clear that I do not want a contract.

I find the sms's not only annoying and pathetic but disrespectful that you not only ignored my wishes of not wanting a contract, but constantly try pressurize me to go to your store. I have never given you permission to spam me. So stop doing it.

LEAVE ME ALONE!

We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.

The complaint has been sent to the Regional Store Managers to intervene with the complaint regarding the SMS for the upgrade.

We have requested that the store remove your number from the list.

Thanks for requesting to remove me from the list, but they did not do it. Today I received another one. I'm finding these smses upsetting because I do not want to go to your store to upgrade and they keep asking me to please visit and upgrade even though they are aware that I am capable of thinking for myself and making decisions without their intervention. If they really wanted to sms me they could have smsed me when they randomly decided to increase the debit order on my month to month package by 26% without any prior notification,
