Please just give me a new phone ( I beg you )

I gave my phone in on the 14 jan 2016 and i received it today because find my iphone couldnt be swithced of even though i removed it from icloud today i try and charge my phone since 8 this morning but the phone doesnt switch on . The worst is my phone is damaged with deep scratch marks <br> <br> Just give me a new phone because i am paying for something i dont have
