Please investigate *****/crime on My MTN contract with MTN Number ***

My name is Mokgoma Sylvester Rashalaha, ID No: *** 083 and MTN number: ***. MTN please investigate *****/crime which was done on my contract account on 21st June 2021. My 12-year-old son was using my phone for his school purposes and he received a call from MTN number *** at 11H52AM ,21st June 2021 and during the call SMS/messages was received on my phone from the *** MTN number and the caller told him that someone was **********ly doing sim swap on my phone and their going to help to stop it. The guy/******* on the phone asked my son to read the OTP pin from the massages which was send to my phone and my son gave it to the guy. When I came from the shop, my son told me the whole story and I found SMS/messages for OTP pin and messages saying that my new limit was R7363. There was R6991,33 transfer from my account. All the SMS/messages received form *** MTN number on my phone and they all look like MTN legitimate SMS/messages. I have asked MTN to investigate and come out with a solution because I can not afford to pay money that I did not use. MTN says it is my responsibility not to giveaway my OTP pin to anyone and am liable to the cost. I have these questions to MTN. My son did not understand the purpose of the call from the *******. What is the outcome of your investigations? How can a ******* have access to my account under MTN network? Is MTN network protected or not? This ***** can only be done by former or current MTN employees or contractors who have knowledge on how MTN network works.
