Please intervine

Not very impressed with the level of service at MTN store, Southgate - Checkers Southgate. We went to apply for a cellphone contract with my husband on Monday 28/12/20 using his business details. Firstly we waited for more than 3hrs, after the waiting, the consultant made copied of our documents and said he was going to process the application and revert back to us the following day which was supposed to have been yesterday, nothing happened till today, not sure if the application was attended to, i mean why make us wait for 3hrs and still take the documents to process the application on when we not there, and why not communicate as he said he will communicate?? the level of professionalism sucks. I will neber recommend anyone to take a contract with MTN after this bad service.
