Please Help...you are messing up my credit record.

A ********** contract was opened in my name online with you and I reported it on the 4th of May 2022 at the Table Bay Mall in Cape Town. The ***** Investigation Team has not contacted me yet and a double deduction went off my bank account.

I am beyond livid 😢

I can also not phone directly to the Call Center as I don't have a MTN number.
