Please help sorting this out.

I want to do an upgrade for contract that i took out for my kid 2 years ago, back then they told me i was under debt review, which i was not the ITC just didnt took the flag off my name, they took it off and MTN gave me the contract, its been years, my sallary doubled, bough a car and a house finance by absa but according to MTN i am now still under debt review, it looks like MTN customer care workers are getting lazier or more stupid, can someone please sort this whole debt review thing out. omg i can afford a R299 contract.
