PLEASE HELP REMOVE MY NAME FROM BLACKLIST OF MTN SINCE THEIR GADTET WERE REVERSED WITHIN 8 DAYS.

I took a cellphone contract with MTN (MONDO) in 2023, we agreed that i will be paying R240,00 per month. after receiving a debit mandate from FNB of R1000 i rejected it because we never agreed on anything reaching to R1000. I called Mondo to report this issue they agreed to fix it. upon receival of cellphones they sent me two cellphones x 3 sim cards. i called them again to report this they said it was an error, i asked how come it an error since there was an invoice inside the box listing each and every single item inside. they advised me if i am not satisfied with their services i need to send back the devices to any MTN Outlet within 10 days to avoid penalties. i returned all devices to MTN (SOUTH GATE MALL JHB) and issued me IRMS number for tracing devises. MTN refused to cancel my contract since the purchase was made online they said MONDO need to cancel it. i called MONDO they also refused and said MTN need to cancel it because they blocked my profile. since then i am blacklisted and owing R14000.
