PLEASE HELP ME, MTN

Another shocking customer service experience while trying to cancel a mobile data contract with MTN.

Firstly, the price doubled after the contract duration lapsed. Secondly, the inability to cancel said contract in an MTN store. Thirdly, after five phone calls (all with waiting times over 15min), I have still been unable to follow through with the cancellation. The calls keep on dropping, unsurprisingly so, as soon as you get through to relevant consultants. And, obviously, they are not incentivised to return the dropped call. Yet, they never seem to "drop the ball" when it comes to sending invoices and processing debit orders.
