Please help me cancel this MTN data contract

Is it possible to cancel a contract without a big penalty, This Network is extremely terrible beyond worst, its not even a loadshedding problem, during loadshedding and nightshift it works perfectly but when electricity comes back so does the lemon start. Please help I'm paying every month for a service that is not being delivered. This problem started since September 2022 tried calling.
