Please help

I lost my phone on the 11 June 2022, and I submitted my claim on the 14 June 2022. They requested for another documents which I did not submit then, so I submitted them on the 21 June 2022. I’ve been waiting for their feedback since then, they didn’t send email/ call me up until I called them and asked about my claim and they said they still waiting to confirm the documents till today and the date is the 08 July 2022. I’m not happy at all, I need a cellphone ASAP. Mtn insurance is very useless.
