please give your client feedback
I have requested MTN to change my number to prepaid on the 15/08/2019 , even today no one called me or receive any respond from them ...I have send 10 message with no respond what I get it is a message that shows that my email was received and no one bothered to get back to me..

Kindly be advised that the account was handed over to attorneys Norton Lambrianos .
The attorneys has not notified MTN that the account is paid up to clear the staus, cell number *** is on prepaid but allocated to another user, if the number is not used in 90+- days for calls the number will be pulled back to the network and allocated to another user, this number cannot be given back to you.
