Please tell me something , how does your billing system work? How does your accounts department work? Clearly someone is not doing their job .

Apparently I now owe R1 775.32 ???????

So what happens to the payment that I make every month? What happens to the payments that your other clients make monthly?

DO YOU RECORD THEM? IS THERE A RECORD OF THIS, IS IT DOCUMENTED? DO YOU DISREGARD THEM?
