Please explain to me
Please explain to me. Apparently I owe R599.74 because I missed to make payment on 20 December 2017. But I have proof of payment showing that I made payment on 15 December 2017. Now you suspended my services. Yesterday I made my normal subscription payment. I cannot pay for something that I do not understand. Dear MTN, exactly what do you want from me? I went through the documentation you sent me, I do not see this outstanding balance.

Kindly be advised that previously there was always an outstanding balance on your account until you made a payment on 19-12-2017. The payment made on the 19 December was for the November invoice.
The December invoice was generated on 20-12-2017 and there was no payment received, then the January invoice was generated on 20-01-2018 and there after there was a payment received on 29-01-2018 this left your account with an outstanding balance from then till date.
For a further breakdown on your account, please contact our credit management department by dialling 135 or *** and request to be transferred to this department.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you.
