Please explain
Please explain the sudden increase from R639 for this month to over 700. <br> All contacts is prepaid based, and I do not use MTN internet.<br> <br> Please explain as soon as possible.<br> <br>

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records the reason for the R 700.49 the number that is normally charged R 129.87 has got call charges of R 54.38.
