Please dont worry about quantity but quality employe proper staff

The worst thing Mtn could ever do is give they cam***n to cci. They do not employe proper consultants not only that they do not have managers supervising their teams. I was told today on a recorded line by a consultant that she is unable to find a manager. If mtn knows whats good for them they would take the cam***n and run very far from mtn . Imagine not even havin a manager on the floor what digusting service. I am aware that cci is a multi millionare call centre but that does not mean you should not employe and train the correct people . Also for all i know the people in mtn can be commitibg ***** because my cell.c card was ported from cell.c to mtn without know apparent reason nobody could assist me and now i could be a victim of ***** because all my personal bankin info is on that very number.
