Please close ***** account opened by MTN staff without my Knowledge

Please provide email address i can send my affidavit and-copy of ID or phone number i can call using my telkom number Please assist , yesterday MTN debited my account with R2218.16. When I called I was advised I had signed up for two contracts somewhere in Johannesburg (I am based in Kwazulu natal) Please assist in closing the account that was **********ly opened by your company Have not lost my Id, driver’s license and my passport I am in the process of registering my fist bond and this account that was frequently opened by your staff is impacting this negatively.

Have attached affidavit , Copy of my ID (not the **** one u guys used to open the accounts) and also my proof of address.
