PLEASE CLEAR MY NAME!!!

My account was handed over to attorneys and I settled the account in February 2020 got the settlement letter from the debt collector .I was advised to send it to MTN of which I did,however other debt collectors are calling me again regard this account it is still open and MTN handed it over to another debt collectors.Please clear my name!!!!
