just now NEW What bad/terrible/horrible service from DSV. One week ago they suppose to deliver a router, but they never pitch nor did they call.

When you try phone them they never answer.

Today which is one week later they rock up and there ****ty biometric system fails to work. Now they say they will have to return the product back to mtn. Why don't they have a back up system to issue the damn product? What INCOMPETENCE
