Please cancel the incorrectly opened new account

It's me again , last year I posted a complaint regarding MTN opening a new account iso upgrading my existing one. The matter is still unresolved, I came up with a solution on how to resolve this matter by upgrading my existing number ending with 2941 with the same Samsung with the watch and transfer them to the newly opened number for them to cancel the incorrectly/de*****ed new account but no one is listening to me. To an extend that they have now blocked my existing account and I cannot make any calls , at the same time tarnishing my name on the bureaus. Can someone please listen to my plight and resolve this matter, ASAP. Am desperate now 😭😭
