Please cancel my LTE.

I really need to cancel an LTE contract. The Mondo consultant got my address wrong, and with MTN they block the SIM when it tries to access the network from an unregistered address. I am having difficulty contacting Mondo as their systems are always off line. The script is always the same, I reach a consultant, they take my verification details... They verify in the system... And oops "System offline" and I must call after an hour. I have called 7 times, ists really incredible that you can run your business while being offline for 3 days. Please assist, I am begging you, the mistake was on Mondo's side and need to now reinitialise the LTE with MTN directly.

Please assist in just cancelling. That's it. I'm well within the 19 days cancellation as I figured out the error as soon as the router got to me.
