please cancel my contract and take your phone back

How one company can give you high blood pressure when its not even in your bloodline is beyond me. 8 years on an MTN contract and every time I upgrade it gets worse. Its sad because this one time it took me long to upgrade and I even blocked your contact centre because they were pestering me. I go to MTN cresta after I make my decision and im told the phone I want is out of stock and that SONY stock takes a while and I might be waiting for some time. I go for another sony phone (not the one I wanted) and im regretting that decision till today. On day 4 the phone started rebooting itself. Im no complainer and I just let things be because after that it was fine. The battery life on that thing is also a mess up because I have to charge A BRAND NEW PHONE everyday. I call n on Wednesday the 29th of November vbecause myphone is using airtime instead of data for internet. Im promised feedback within 72 working hours and still nothing. I call in again on Friday and I speak to a lady (upset as I was she was the best). She explained to me that she will take it to the technical department because it’s a problem on your side. Needless to say till today the sim is still doing the same thing. I bought 7 days data which is going to expire without me using it because your systems are a mess up. Who is going to compensate me for this? I then go to MTN westgate to advise that from Friday morning the speaker does not work. I either need to put the phone on loud speaker or use earphones in order for people to hear me. How the hell does a one week old phone die on a speaker? I was kindly advised to go back to the cresta branch (I live near westgate and I work near cresta. This is about 20ks apart). Is this a way for MTN to buy time and tell me I didn’t return it in 7 days? Watch this space I will have you all over social media and my friend are already sharing my post which by the way after a consultant told me its been escalated I still don’t have feedback on what is going on. Can someone please sort this out for me. After all you have put me through Cell c is looking as a much better option than you guys are. and I still het a phone call from Siphelele with half information which is also an inconvenience for me. I could actually feel him rolling his eyes through the call....
