Please cancel my contract!!!

@MTN South Africa I called on the 1st of November 2024 to Cancel my contract ref *** as it was due to end on the 11th November 2024 an Agent assisted with the cancellation and advised it takes 20 days for the cancellation, today the 20th i call to follow up on my cancellation i am being told the cancellation will only take place on the 1st, my End date was the 11th as my top up date is 12th so why was there a top up done on my profile?? PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT.
