Please can this matter be resolved already

I unathi George i raised an enquiry last week about the adverse listing that is being placed on my name by mtn. Here is the reference number. ***. Still haven't been called regarding this matter. I would really appreciate if i can get an answer iv been raising a concern regarding this matter since july 2023.but still haven't received any feedback or solution. For this matter. My account is up to date but it still appears on my credit profile
