PLEASE - can someone who actually values service at MTN get hold of me!
Oh really - can you believe that MTN was recently boasting that they were voted the Best Service Provider in SA?? With the level of incompetence and lack of service I don't know how you think you can be resting on your laurels, or how you got the award in the 1st place. Maybe they paid a number of people to fill out some survey to get that result. Everytime it comes round to upgrades on one of our several handsets and contracts MTN still manages to mess it up. PLEASE - can someone who actually values service at MTN get hold of me!

19 Aug 2022, 15:59Yep - after 10 years of contracts with MTN - after this "shot show" decided to cancel the 1st of our contracts that were available for upgrade.
All the rest will likewise be cancelled as and when they become eligible for such.
