Guys, I have added 2 complaints already. I need MTN to phone me please as I have no way of getting hold of you to send you the details you need to deal with my complaint. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not post a response here to send you the details again. I can't get the details to you if you don't phone me. If you don't understand the complaint, please phone me. If you are not sure why you should phone me, please phone me. Please just phone me.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.

Please ask your mom to fetch the handset at MTN Grove Linwood branch and to take the blackberry device to MTN Menlyn service center to assist with the assessment of the device.
