please assistance regarding below story

<p>I lost my phone last week 13 June 2017 I have been trying to blacklist the phone with MTN but no assistance even today on the 20th I called they said they can't help me with blacklist the phone I even went to the branch and time is waisted as I have to claim on the insurance company so I will like to be assisted regarding that and I didn't receive good service as they dismiss me without any explanation </p>
