Please assist me.

Last year I app**** for an LTE uncapped wifi router contract. It never worked from day one . I have been trying to reach out to them I did not get any help . I have called MONDO company they honestly did not help. Now I have lawyers calling me every now and then. I mean how would I pay for something that doesn't even work .
